This Privacy Policy outlines how SolworxS we collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our IT solutions and services, including the 4D Pro mobile application (Package: com.solworxs.FourDRecceCode).

Photos — accessed only when you choose to upload a profile or site photo, via the system photo picker and camera . We do not access your full photo library
Device and Usage Data (app diagnostics, notifications)
Location is collected by 4D Pro

To create and manage your user profile and Project related information
To enable user-to-user communication (In App Message) that you initiate
To personalize your experience within the app
For customer support and service-related communication

4. App Permissions

4D Pro requests the following permissions, each used only for the stated purpose:

Photos — accessed exclusively through the Android system Photo Picker, so the app never receives access to your full photo library, only the specific image you select
Notifications — to send you updates, reminders, and user alerts

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including encrypted storage and transmission, to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or breaches.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, notification services) strictly for the purpose of delivering 4D Pro App's features, under confidentiality obligations.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

4D Pro is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. Child Safety Standards — Prohibition of CSAE

SolworxS and the 4D Pro app strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We do not allow content, communication, or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms minors, anywhere within our app, services, or platforms.

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. Users can report any suspected CSAE content or behavior directly to our dedicated Child Safety contact below, and we will investigate and act promptly, including removing content and/or reporting to appropriate authorities as required by law.
